NOVELTY - Preparing cluster-type aluminum-based composite material by using graphene reinforced aluminum-based composite material waste, (i) pre-processing and crushing the graphene-reinforced aluminum-based composite material waste, then orderly annealing, cleaning and drying to obtain the pre-treated waste particles; (ii) ball milling the pretreated waste particles, (iii) filling the spheroidized composite material powder in the mold to press to obtain the prefabricated body; pre-heating the prefabricated body to 630-650 degrees C under the protection atmosphere and keeping the temperature for 2-3 hours; heating under the protection atmosphere, obtaining the aluminum metal liquid; adding the aluminum metal liquid into the mold, performing pressure infiltration, then cooling to room temperature; (iv) placing cluster-type graphene-reinforced aluminum-based composite material cast ingot in the heat extruder for hot extrusion; and (v) heating graphene-reinforced aluminum-based composite material. USE - The method is useful for preparing cluster-type aluminum-based composite material by using graphene reinforced aluminum-based composite material waste. ADVANTAGE - The method: prepares composite material with higher density and improved plasticity and toughness; reduces the process difficulty of pressure infiltration, and improves the yield; and is suitable for preparing graphene-reinforced aluminum-based composite material.
