NOVELTY - A polyurethane antibacterial material comprises 100 pts. wt. polyurethane, 0.1-5 pts. wt. inorganic filler, 0.1-0.5 pt. wt. light stabilizer, and 0.1-0.5 pt. wt. antioxidant. USE - The polyurethane antibacterial material is useful for melt deposition molding, selective laser sintering, and three-dimensional printing rapid prototyping, preferably melt deposition molding (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The polyurethane antibacterial material has excellent mechanical property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) preparation of the polyurethane antibacterial material, which involves (S1) mixing polyurethane, inorganic filler, light stabilizer and antioxidant in a powder mixer to obtain a polyurethane composite powder material, and (S2) passing the polyurethane composite powder material through a twin-screw extruder, and extruding; and (2) use of the polyurethane antibacterial material in the shape of a thread whose size is 1.75 mm or 2.85 mm, for melt deposition molding, selective laser sintering, three-dimensional printing rapid prototyping.
