NOVELTY - A heat transfer oil containing graphene and nanoparticles comprises 85-100 pts. wt. base oil, 10-15 pts. wt. dispersant, 10-15 pts. wt. antioxidant, 2-4 pts. wt. metal passivant, 4-9 pts. wt. silicon micro powder, 0.5-1.5 pts. wt. graphene, and 5-10 pts. wt. composite metal nano-additive. USE - Heat transfer oil containing graphene and nanoparticles. ADVANTAGE - The heat transfer oil has good thermal stability, high thermal efficiency, small toxicity, and high safety uses simple raw materials, and has easy production, environmental protection effect, and simple preparation method. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the heat transfer oil comprising adding graphene into muffle furnace, heating to 350-420 degrees C for 2-4 hours, taking out, and cooling to room temperature; diluting with hydrochloric acid, distilled water and acetone, cleaning, centrifugal separating graphene with cleaning liquid, and vacuum drying; ultrasonically dispersing in base oil for 0.5-1 hour and processing at 55 degrees Cfor 2-5 hours; adding dispersant and anti-fog agent and continuously stirring for 2-3 hours; and adding remaining raw materials and stirring for 2-3 hours.
