NOVELTY - The absorber has a graphene thin film and a sandwich structure whose right end is provided with a gradual change waveguide. The gradual change waveguide is provided with a core fiber and an optical fiber. The graphene thin film is provided with a single layer or multi-layer graphene thin film, a polymer graphene thin film, a compound auxiliary graphene thin film, an oxide graphene thin film or an oxidation-reduction graphene thin film. USE - Gradual change waveguide based graphene saturable absorber. ADVANTAGE - The absorber has simple preparation process, and ensures integrated system, and is easy to use and inexpensive. The absorber allows a light transmitting base die so as to ensure better graphene effect and avoids damage, and is suitable for light waveguide of large specific surface area with different wavelengths. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a gradual change waveguide based graphene saturable absorber preparation method.
