NOVELTY - Dry composite paper plastic zipper packaging bag comprises a bag body and a zipper provided on the bag body, and the bag body is made of a composite film. The composite film sequentially includes a biaxially oriented polypropylene layer, a first adhesive layer, a kraft paper layer, a second adhesive layer, a polyethylene terephthalate layer, a third adhesive layer and a polyethylene layer from outside to inside. The polyethylene layer is made of 20-50 pts. wt. low-density polyethylene with a melt index of 0.23-0.43 g/10 minute and a density of 0.92-0.924 g/cm3, 50-80 pts. wt. low-density polyethylene with a melt index of 0.75-0.9 g /10 minute, high density polyethylene with a density of 0.923-0.961 g/cm3, 15-20 pts. wt. polyamide fiber, 3-6 pts. wt. crosslinking agent, 1-3 pts. wt. antioxidant. USE - Used as a dry composite paper plastic zipper packaging bag. ADVANTAGE - The packaging bag: has smooth zipper, no delamination, good barrier property, strong ultraviolet resistance, high polyethylene layer hydrophobicity, and liquid the product is not easy to remain. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for preparing dry composite paper plastic zipper packaging bag comprising (1) applying single-component polyurethane adhesive on both sides of the kraft paper to obtain a first bonding layer and a second bonding layer, (2) mixing biaxially oriented polypropylene film with the first adhesive layer after printing, and mixing polyethylene terephthalate film with the second adhesive layer, and curing, (3) applying two-component polyurethane adhesive on the side of the polyethylene terephthalate film away from the second adhesive layer to form a third adhesive layer, mixing the polyethylene terephthalate film on the third adhesive layer, curing and cutting to form a composite film, and (4) folding the composite film, placing the zipper made of polyethylene terephthalate material between the PE layers, sealing for 0.5-1 second under the conditions of 120-150degreesC and 25-35 N to make a dry-laminated paper-plastic zipper bag.
