▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing high-hardness and corrosion-resistant alloy steel involves placing round steel bar in quenching equipment, quenched at 890 degrees C for 70 minutes. The quenched round steel bar is placed in tempering device, and tempered at 550 degrees C for 80 minutes, and tempered round steel bar is water-cooled. The heat-treated round steel bars are pre-straightened by pre-straightening machine, stripped by centerless lathe, fine-straightened by roller finish straightening machine, and cut with cutting machine as required to obtain alloy steel. USE - Method for preparing high-hardness and corrosion-resistant alloy steel used for offshore wind power bolt rods (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to have good practicability, reduces corrosion resistance, increases degree of electron delocalization, and improves electrochemical activity and anti-corrosion performance.
