▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - A fullerene-loaded graphene-loaded hybrid material is prepared by ultrasonically dispersing graphene oxide in a solvent, adding amine compound, stirring at 75 degrees C for 10-20 hours, centrifuging, washing to obtain an amine-modified graphite, adding certain amount of amine-modified graphite to dimethyl sulfoxide and toluene to form a mixed solution, adding certain amount of fullerene, carrying out ultrasonic dispersion, stirring at 90 degrees C for 40-60 hours, washing 3 times with ethanol and toluene and drying to obtain the fullerene-loaded graphene-loaded hybrid material. USE - Hybrid material is useful for preparing flame retardant-fullerene-loaded graphene/polymer nanocomposite material, which is useful for thermosetting polyurethane flame retardant applications (such as fullerene-loaded graphene/hard polyurethane nanocomposite foam in building energy conservation field, fullerene-supported graphene/epoxy resin in electronic industry and aerospace applications and fullerene-supported graphene/unsaturated resin in building structural material) (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The fullerene-loaded graphene-loaded hybrid material improves flame retardant property and mechanical property of the polymer nanocomposite material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) flame retardant-fullerene-loaded graphene/polymer nanocomposite material, which comprises a rigid polyurethane foam, an epoxy resin and an unsaturated resin; and (2) the preparation method of the fullerene-loaded graphene/polymer nanocomposite material, which involves solution blending and direct blending.
