NOVELTY - Nano-carbon material modified aluminum oxide/chromium oxide composite coating, prepared by spraying nickel-chromium-aluminum-yttrium powder on the substrate to form a transition layer, and plasma spraying nano-carbon material modified aluminum oxide-chromium(III) oxide composite powder on the transition layer, mixing nano-carbon material modified aluminum oxide-chromium(III) oxide composite powder with chromium(III) oxide nano-powder, aluminum oxide nano-powder, nano-carbon material, organic binder and deionized water, spraying and granulating and sieving, where the mass ratio of chromium(III) oxide nano powder and aluminum oxide nano powder is 1:(0.5-2); the content of nano-carbon material is 0.5-10% of the total mass of aluminum oxide nano-powder and chromium(III) oxide nano-powder; and the amount of organic binder added is 0.5-1.5% of the total mass of aluminum oxide nano powder, chromium(III) oxide nano powder and nano carbon material. USE - The nano-carbon material modified aluminum oxide/chromium oxide composite coating is used in protection field of aviation engine, automobile engine, bearing, cutter, blast furnace tuyere and graphite electrode part (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The nano-carbon material modified aluminum oxide/chromium sesquioxide composite coating has high phase stability and abrasion resistance, and high wear-resistant performance.
