▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - Core/shell microcapsules modified with graphene oxide comprises polyester porous core comprising biologically active substance and hydrogel shell encompassing core prepared from aqueous solution of 0.01-30.0% (w/v) alginate with addition of 0.01-10.0% (w/v) graphene oxide in relation to alginate solution volume. The polyester porous core is made from emulsion obtained from aqueous solution of biologically active substance and polyester solution prepared in organic solvent. The polyester is selected from lactic acid polymers, glycolic acid polymers, e-caproic acid polymers and copolymers, solvent for biologically active substance comprises physiological saline solution or biologically acceptable buffer, and ratio of organic phase to aqueous phase is from 1:1-20:1. USE - Core/shell microcapsules modified with graphene oxide. ADVANTAGE - The core/shell microcapsules modified with graphene oxide improves shell stiffness, stabilizes structure of microcapsules, and reduces permeability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for producing core/shell microcapsules modified with graphene oxide, with coaxial extrusion technology using nozzle vibration technology and electrostatic dispersion of formed droplets, which involves: (A) preparing 0.01-30.0% (w/v) alginate with addition of 0.01-10.0% (w/v) graphene oxide in relation to alginate solution volume, and emulsion from aqueous solution of biologically active substance and solution of polyester in organic solvent, where polyester is selected from lactic acid polymers, glycolic acid polymers, e-caproic acid polymers and copolymers, and solvent of biologically active substance is saline solution or biologically acceptable buffer, and ratio of organic phase to aqueous phase is from 1:1-20:1; (B) forming microcapsules from aqueous solution and emulsion; (C) crosslinking microcapsules in aqueous solution of 1 millimolar-1 molar calcium chloride or strontium chloride for period of 0.1-24 hours; and (D) rinsing microcapsules rinsed with water, freezing and lyophilizing.
