▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - Polymer structure comprises a biological material accommodation space in which graphene oxide and gold nanoparticles are formed. USE - The polymer structure is useful for purifying biological material (claimed) i.e. nucleic acids from biological samples; and as surface-reactive container. ADVANTAGE - The polymer structure is simple, and purifies biological material through step-by-step injection and recovery of solutions. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: producing polymer structure, comprising (a) dropping a graphene oxide colloidal solution into a liquid polymer, (b) forming a biological material accommodating space by curing and then removing the graphene oxide solution, and (c) forming gold nanoparticles in the biological material accommodating space in which graphene oxide and gold nanoparticles are formed; polymer structure comprising a biological material accommodating space in which graphene oxide and gold nanoparticles are formed prepared by the above method; and purifying biological material, comprising (1) preparing a lysis solution by adding a lysis buffer to the biological sample, (2) adding the lysis solution to the biological material accommodation space of the polymer structure, (3) adding a binding buffer into the lysis solution to cause a reaction between the biological material in the lysis solution and the surface of the biological material accommodating space, (4) removing lysis residues by adding washing buffer, and (5) reacting after adding an elution buffer to recover the biological material.
