▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - The preparation method of a multilayer modified graphene composite conductive fiber involves: mixing and reacting a silane coupling agent with triethylenetetramine and ethanol, adding graphene oxide dispersion liquid, adjusting the pH value, reacting, filtering, washing, drying, and adding water to disperse to obtain amine-graphene oxide (NH2-GO) dispersion liquid; immersing the anionically modified fibers in the NH2-GO dispersion liquid, adjust the pH to 5-6, and then immersing the fibers to obtain NH2-GO/anion modified polyester fiber (ADP) composite conductive fibers; immersing the NH2-GO/ADP composite conductive fibers in a graphene oxide dispersion to adjust the pH to 5-6 to obtain the NH2-GO/ADP-GO composite conductive fiber; and immersing the NH2-GO/ADP-GO composite conductive fiber in the NH2-GO dispersion, adjusting the pH to 5-6, drying, and then dipping in GO, drying in the air for 60-90 minutes, and reducing by adding a reducing agent. USE - Preparation method of a multilayer modified graphene composite conductive fiber used for intelligent wearable textiles (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The preparation method has simple required equipment, low cost and controllable process, and the prepared composite conductive fiber has good mechanical and electrical properties of polyester fiber. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for the multilayer modified graphene composite conductive fiber. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic diagram of the core-shell structure of the NH2-reduced GO/ADP-reduced GO-NH2-reduced GO-reduced GO composite conductive fiber.
