▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A fiber polymer composite comprises fibers of a material (M1) and a matrix material. The matrix material is in direct contact with at least some of the fibers. The matrix material comprises 5 wt.% or more amorphous poly-( alpha )-olefin based on the whole matrix material. USE - Fiber polymer composite used for forming reinforced articles such as flexible tapes (all claimed) for car doors, mud guards, bumpers, engine covers, backs of car seats, and dash board and shipbuilding applications. Can also be used for protective shields or protective panels for counter protection in banks and ticket offices, and protection components for walls, floors and ceiling of buildings, tubes, pipes, and bullet proof or safety clothes. ADVANTAGE - The fiber polymer composite is lightweight and has excellent reinforcing effect, and contributes to reduction of metal content and reduction of weight of the ship, which makes it more difficult to sink. The fiber polymer composite has excellent resistance to fragmentation of articles such as dash board after collision, thereby making the car more safe, and resistance to impact of stones in mud guard and baggage stored in back seat of car. By using lower compacting temperatures, the thermal stress of the fibers is reduced, thereby resulting in a lower loss of the original properties of the fibers.
