▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing ethylenediamine grafted graphene oxide modified polyurethane carrier, comprises (i) carrying out first post-treatment of polyurethane carrier by the ultraviolet lamp, and irradiating to obtain first intermediate product; (ii) adding ethylenediamine aqueous solution into first intermediate product, placing in the reaction kettle, performing first reaction, cleaning and drying first intermediate product to obtain second intermediate product; (iii) oxidizing graphite powder by potassium permanganate and hydrogen peroxide to obtain graphene oxide; (iv) ultrasonically uniformly dispersing graphene oxide in deionized water under ice bath conditions to prepare a graphene oxide dispersion; and (v) soaking second intermediate product in the graphene dispersion liquid, placing in the reaction kettle, and performing second reaction. USE - The modified polyurethane carrier is useful in sewage treatment or microorganism curing (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method utilizes the graphene oxide modified and reduced by ethylenediamine which has a large specific surface area and a porous structure, can slow down the damage of the cells in the process of microbial attachment and growth by the fluid shear force, shorten the attachment and spreading process of the cells on the surface of the carrier, and facilitate the rapid formation of biofilm, and has simple process, stable performance, and short filming time of the modified carrier.
