NOVELTY - Preparing graphene/silicon dioxide/nano zero valent iron composite material comprises ultrasonically dispersing graphite oxide, adding ethyl orthosilicate, magnetically stirring, drying, introducing nitrogen gas, calcining, adding deionized water, ultrasonically dispersing, introducing nitrogen gas, adding ferrous sulfate heptahydrate, uniformly stirring, adding reducing agent, reacting to obtain a black flocculent precipitate, washing, filtering, drying, grinding and sieving. USE - The graphene/silicon dioxide/nano zero valent iron composite material is useful in adsorbent for processing arsenic containing waste water (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The material has simple preparation process and high adsorption speed and is economical.
