NOVELTY - The method involves uniformly mixing and stirring graphite powder and metal magnetic alloy powder according to proportion to obtain magnetic metal alloy-graphite mixed powder. The magnetic metal alloy-graphite mixed powder is pressed into polyethylene carrier tape (S101). (S102) The polyethylene carrier tape is introduced with the magnetic metal alloy-graphite mixed powder into a limiting rotating plate of an electric explosion chamber. The electric explosion chamber is pumped into vacuum, flushing argon gas and electric explosion voltage to the magnetic metal alloy-graphite mixed powder for performing electric explosion process. USE - Method for preparing graphene microwave absorbing composite material by using electric explosion technique use in sensitive electronic device. ADVANTAGE - The method provides graphene-based microwave absorbing composite material with high microwave absorption performance, uniform distribution, short preparation process period, green environment-friendly and sustainable development plan, high yield and commercial value after transformation, and reduced electromagnetic pollution and interference in life. The method is a physical process, which avoids the use of a large amount of organic solvent in the traditional material graphene of the composite material, and the preparation period is short. The electric explosion method is different from the current reported chemical method, the prepared product has uniform distribution and short preparation period, and is green, environment friendly, sustainable development solution, the push graphene in the electromagnetic wave absorption field of wide application, in the modern military war, and can be used for realizing the stealth of some devices and reduction of radar scattering section.
