▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A light-weight graphite-like carbon foam is prepared by (1) preparing graphene composite rubber by (I) adding rubber block into double-roller open mill in operation between two rollers, adding graphite powder, continuously mixing for 10-20 minutes, adding foaming agent particles, mixing for 60-120 minutes, discharging, finishing the interlayer peeling of graphite sheet to obtain rubber peeling graphene or graphene oxide mixed block where the mass of graphite is 5-70%, or (II) after stirring and mixing together the liquid rubber and graphite powder, adding to disk mill or colloid mill to circularly shearing peeling for 60-120 minutes, cutting the peel for 15-20 minutes, adding foaming agent, finally forming graphene containing a foaming agent, or oxidized graphene uniform dispersion of composite rubber cream; (2) carbonizing graphene or oxidized graphene compounded rubber block or creams. USE - Preparation of light-weight graphite-like carbon foam. ADVANTAGE - The method obtains carbon foam with small density, less defect, and good heat conduction and conductivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A light-weight graphite-like carbon foam is prepared by (1) preparing graphene composite rubber (I) adding rubber block into double-roller open mill in operation between two rollers, adding graphite powder, continuously mixing for 10-20 minutes, adding foaming agent particles, mixing for 60-120 minutes, discharging, finishing the interlayer peeling of graphite sheet to obtain rubber peeling graphene or graphene oxide mixed block where the mass of graphite is 5-70%, or (II) after stirring and mixing together the liquid rubber and graphite powder, adding to disk mill or colloid mill to circularly shearing peeling for 60-120 minutes, cutting the peel for 15-20 minutes, adding foaming agent, finally forming graphene containing a foaming agent, or oxidized graphene uniform dispersion of composite rubber cream where graphite comprises squama graphite, expanded graphite or expandable graphite with mass of graphite powder of 25-50%; (2) carbonizing graphene or oxidized graphene compounded rubber block or creams to obtain graphene composite rubber block or cream at 500-1000 degrees C of heating, roasting in roasting device, and keeping the temperature for 10-30 minutes, expanding the rubber matrix, decomposing and carbonizing, and cooling to obtain light-weight graphite-like carbon foam material.
