NOVELTY - Impact-resistant tenacity polypropylene (PP) plastic comprises 60-70 pts. wt. PP, 30-40 pts. wt. thermoplastic elastomer, 0.3-0.8 pt. wt. antioxidant, 0.7-1 pt. wt. lubricant and 2-4 pts. wt. layered graphene oxide. USE - Impact-resistant tenacity PP plastic. ADVANTAGE - The impact-resistant tenacity PP plastic has high impact resistance and good anti-aging performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for impact-resistant tenacity PP plastic comprising preparing layered graphene oxide by adding 2.0 g graphite and 10 g potassium permanganate into 150-200 ml concentrated sulfuric acid and 10-30 ml concentrated phosphoric acid mixed solution, stirring and reacting for 12-24 hours, after finishing the reaction, cooling to room temperature, obtaining brown slurry sample, adding 200-300 ml ice water and 5-10 ml concentrated hydrogen peroxide, where color changes to bright yellow, filtering, washing with 5-10 wt.% hydrochloric acid solution and deionized water until pH is neutral, drying for 24-48 hours in vacuum and obtaining layered graphene oxide, adding 1.5 g layered graphene oxide in 50-60 ml mixed solution of concentrated sulfuric acid and concentrated nitric acid at 3:1 volume ratio, ultrasonically dispersing at 40-50 degrees C and 60-100 Hz for 1-30 hours, centrifuging at 6000-8000 revolutions/minute (rpm) to remove concentrated acid, finally drying to obtain acidified layered graphene, preparing PP/layered graphene masterbatch by taking 80-100 g PP, adding 100 ml soybean oil and 5-10 g acidified layered graphene, stirring at 80-120 degrees C for 12-24 hours, after the reaction, cooling and removing the soybean oil to obtain PP/layered graphene masterbatch, taking PP/layered graphene masterbatch comprising 60-70 pts. wt. PP and 2-4 pts. wt. layered graphene, 30-40 pts. wt. thermoplastic elastomer, 0.3-0.8 pt. wt. antioxidant and 0.7-1 pt. wt. lubricant, uniformly mixing, adding the mixed material to double-screw extruder, extruding, cooling, cutting and obtaining the product.
