DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Graphene fiber nanocomposite comprises 8-10 pts. wt. nitrile rubber modified phenolic resin, 15-20 pts. wt. urotropine, 5-10 pts. wt. vacuum residue, 15-20 pts. wt. polylactic acid chitosan, 10-15 pts. wt. nano-graphene, 80-90 pts. wt. ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, 40-50 pts. wt. polyethylene, 30-35 pts. wt. coal gangue, 0.3-0.5 pts. wt. conductive mica powder, 0.2-0.4 pts. wt. nanometer conductive graphite powder, 0.8-1 pts. wt. trimer of polyisocyanate, 30-35 pts. wt. pitch-based carbon fiber powder, 5-7 pts. wt. non-halogenated organic phosphinic acid ester, 8-10 pts. wt. hexamethylenetetramine, 2-4 pts. wt. trimethylpentyltriethoxysilane, 20-30 pts. wt. nano-active agent, 2-8 pts. wt. plasticizer, 1-5 pts. wt. antioxidant, 2-6 pts. wt. homemade modified hydrotalcite, 10-18 pts. wt. attapulgite clay, 8-12 pts. wt. nanometer titanium dioxide, 6-14 pts. wt. nano-cerium oxide and 2-6 pts. wt. accelerant. The nanometer graphene is prepared by adding concentrated sulfuric acid into graphite, stirring at a low temperature of -20 degrees C to -10 degrees C for 5 to 12 hours, and and then stirring at 0-5 degrees C for 5 to 12 hours. The oxidized graphite solution is prepared by adding potassium permanganate to obtain oxidized graphite solution. The cetyl trimethylammonium bromide is added into graphite oxide solution to flocculate and modify graphite oxide to obtain modified graphite oxide solution. The modified graphite oxide solution is filtered and washed, and subjected to vacuum drying at 50 degrees C for 24 hours to obtain nano graphene. The nanometer active agent is magnesium oxide, aluminum oxide, silicon nitride and boron nitride. The hydrotalcite is prepared by dispersing a certain amount of magnesium-aluminum hydrotalcite in deionized water to obtain slurry. The sodium dihydrogen phosphate dihydrate is added in water. The reaction is heated and stirred with acetic acid to adjust pH to 3.7. The reaction is performed for 3 hours. The product is washed with deionized water, and filtered and dried to obtain homemade modified hydrotalcite. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for producing graphene fiber nanocomposite, which involves: (A) putting the ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer and the high polyethylene into an oven at 105 degrees C and drying for 2-4 hours; (B) drying the ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer and crushing the polyethylene to 100-200 mesh sieve after filtering the substrate A; (C) mixing the base material into a mixing machine for 3-4 minutes; (D) adjusting the temperature of the mixing machine to 140-160 degrees C; (E) adding nitrile rubber modified phenolic resin and vacuum residue to the kneading machine; (F) reduce the speed of the mixer and adding the remaining components; and (G) reducing the temperature of the substrate B to 70 degrees C, cooling and screening to obtain final product.
