▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparation of ultra-small size cobalt oxide and cobalt oxide/graphene oxide nanocatalyst involves using conductive inherently conducting polymer nanomaterials as precursor and doped or undoped graphene oxide, drying and preparing nanocatalyst in situ on the surface of indium tin oxide conductive glass using electrochemical polarization. USE - The method is useful for preparation of ultra-small size cobalt oxide and cobalt oxide/graphene oxide nanocatalyst, which is useful for preparation of nano-catalytic material device for degradation of dye wastewater (all claimed) such as industrial dye wastewater. ADVANTAGE - The method enables simple and easy preparation of ultra-small size cobalt oxide and cobalt oxide/graphene oxide nanocatalyst with excellent catalytic property and stability. The nanocatalyst is mild, can effectively activate oxidant, and efficiently degrades dye. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of ultra-small size nano-catalytic material device, which involves using indium tin oxide conductive glass supporting ultra-small size cobalt oxide and cobalt oxide/graphene oxide nanocatalyst as element.
