▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Wear-resistant filter plate, is claimed. The preparation of wear-resistant filter plate comprises (i) mixing polypropylene, polyethylene, polyphenylene sulfide, plasticizing agent, plasticizer, and coolant to form a mixed substance, casting the above-mentioned mixture into a mold for cooling and solidifying and waiting for use; (ii) mixing calcium carbonate, carbon black, antioxidants, and ultraviolet light absorbers to make a mixture; (iii) covering the surface of the substrate obtained in step (i) with the mixture obtained in step (ii), preheating for 10-20 minutes, sending the substrate into the rotary furnace for sintering for 1-3 hours, taking out finally and cooling to room temperature; (iv) cleaning and polishing the filter plate after removing the burrs and made into a porous structure; and (v) soaking the fabricated filter plate in graphite paint, forming the graphene coating layer on the surface of the filter plate, soaking for 20-30 minutes and taking out the filter plate. USE - The wear-resistant filter plate is useful for slag (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The plate: has high tensile, compression, wear and aging resistance and long service life. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Wear-resistant filter plate, is claimed. The preparation of wear-resistant filter plate comprises (i) mixing polypropylene, polyethylene, polyphenylene sulfide, plasticizing agent, plasticizer, and coolant to form a mixed substance, casting the above-mentioned mixture into a mold for cooling and solidifying and waiting for use; (ii) mixing calcium carbonate, carbon black, antioxidants, and ultraviolet light absorbers to make a mixture; (iii) covering the surface of the substrate obtained in step (i) with the mixture obtained in step (ii), preheating for 10-20 minutes, sending the substrate into the rotary furnace for sintering for 1-3 hours, taking out finally and cooling to room temperature; (iv) cleaning and polishing the filter plate after removing the burrs and made into a porous structure, where the thickness of the filter plate is 30-50 mm; and (v) soaking the fabricated filter plate in the graphite paint, forming the graphene coating layer on the surface of the filter plate, soaking for 20-30 minutes and taking out the filter plate.
