NOVELTY - Waterproof and anticorrosive treatment comprises (1) dissolving magnesium sulfate in ultrapure water to obtain a modifier solution, mixing 4-7 pts. wt. bentonite and modifier solution in a ratio of 1:20, stirring, filtering, drying, crushing and grinding to obtain modified magnesium-based bentonite,(2) mixing 2.5-5 pts. wt. modified silicone oil and 0.75-1.5 pts. wt. isomeric tridecanol polyoxyethylene ether compound surfactant, stirring evenly, adjusting the pH to 5-6 with acetic acid, adding graphene oxide aqueous dispersion to emulsify to obtain a modified waterproof emulsion with a solid content of 30-40%, and (3) 80-90 pts. wt. urushiol-based epoxy soybean oil acrylate, adding 16-18 pts. wt. reactive diluent triglycol acrylate and 8-9 pts. wt. photoinitiator 1173, mixing, adding to (1) and (2) resulting materials, stirring, mixing thoroughly, performing ultrasound to remove air bubbles, and coating obtained waterproof and anticorrosive coating on surface of solar street light. USE - The method is useful for waterproof and anticorrosive treatment method. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Waterproof and anticorrosive treatment method, comprises (1) dissolving magnesium sulfate in ultrapure water to obtain a modifier solution, mixing 4-7 pts. wt. bentonite and modifier solution in a ratio of 1:20, magnetically stirring for 4-6 hours, filtering, drying at 100-110 degrees C, crushing and grinding to obtain modified magnesium-based bentonite,(2) mixing 2.5-5 pts. wt. modified silicone oil and 0.75-1.5 pts. wt. isomeric tridecanol polyoxyethylene ether compound surfactant, stirring evenly, adjusting the pH to 5-6 with acetic acid, adding graphene oxide aqueous dispersion to emulsify to obtain a modified waterproof emulsion with a solid content of 30-40%, (3) 80-90 pts. wt. urushiol-based epoxy soybean oil acrylate, adding 16-18 pts. wt. reactive diluent triglycol acrylate and 8-9 pts. wt. photoinitiator 1173, mixing, adding to (1) and (2) resulting materials, stirring, mixing thoroughly, performing ultrasound to remove air bubbles, coating the obtained waterproof and anticorrosive coating evenly on the surface of the solar street light, placing under 2000W ultraviolet light and cure for 75-85 seconds, taking out and drying naturally to obtain a waterproof and anticorrosive coating.
