▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A dinitrobisphenol fluorene containing intermediate (I), is new. USE - Dinitrobisphenol fluorene containing intermediate used for preparing high-shielding self-corrosion inhibiting material used in marine device coating (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The coordination group is introduced into the intermediate epoxy resin, which can coordinate with iron ions, reduce the generation of corrosion products, and endow the material with excellent anti-corrosion performance. The nano synergistic reinforced material based on graphene oxide is formed by grafting graphene oxide and hydrotalcite, which has excellent dispersion and sheet arrangement in the resin, and can endow the resin with shielding properties. The high-shielding self-corrosion inhibiting material obtained by combining the intermediate and the nano synergistic reinforced material based on graphene oxide is used to the anti-corrosion coating, which has shielding properties while reducing the generation of corrosion products, enables the anticorrosive performance of the material to be excellent, and protects the marine device from corrosion. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A dinitrobisphenol fluorene containing intermediate of formula (I), is new. INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: preparation of dinitrobisphenol fluorene containing intermediate (I); and preparation of high-shielding self-corrosion inhibiting material, which involves dispersing nano synergistic reinforced material based on graphene oxide into organic solvent, adding intermediate (I), and dispersing at 1300-1700 rpm for 120-150 minutes.
