NOVELTY - Preparing modified polytetrafluoroethylene composite material, comprises mixing a surface modifier, an inorganic thermally conductive filler and an alcohol solvent, and performing a modification reaction to obtain a modified reaction solution; mixing the modified reaction solution with polytetrafluoroethylene to obtain a homogeneous mixed solution; drying the homogeneous mixed solution to obtain a homogeneous powder; pre-pressing the homogeneous powder, sintering to obtain modified polytetrafluoroethylene composite material; where the surface modifier includes vinyl tris(2-methoxyethoxy) silane and/or perfluorooctyl triethoxy silane. USE - The method is useful for preparing modified polytetrafluoroethylene composite material. ADVANTAGE - The modified polytetrafluoroethylene composite material has excellent mechanical properties.
