▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A graphene biosensor comprises: an electrically insulating substrate; a first metallic electrode and a second metallic electrode, the first and second metallic electrodes being mounted on the substrate; a single-layer graphene sheet in electrical contact with and connecting the first and second metallic electrodes, the graphene sheet comprising perforations or gaps with edges having a total edge length. USE - The graphene biosensor is useful for biomedical and chemical sensing. ADVANTAGE - The graphene biosensor is cheaper and faster and suitable for clinical applications. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic view of an ion-sensitive field effect transistor comprising a graphene sheet. Graphene sheet (10) Electrodes (102, 104, 106)
