NOVELTY - Steel belt reinforced bellow comprises an outer bellow and an inner pipe comprising 40-60 pts. wt. polypropylene, 4-8 pts. wt. bisphenol A type epoxy resin, 3-6 pts. wt. ethylene/octene copolymer, 10-15 pts. wt. silica, 2-5 pts. wt. modified graphene, 0.5-1.5 pts. wt. antifungal agent A, 2.5-3.5 pts. wt. light stabilizer 2 and 0.5-1.5 pts. wt. antioxidant. Multiple axially arranged steel belts are evenly set along the circumference between the outer bellows and the inner tube. A steel ring is evenly distributed in a corrugated manner between the steel belt and the inner tube and has an arc shape in cross section. USE - Used as steel belt reinforced bellow. ADVANTAGE - The bellow utilizes the modified graphene powder, which improves the wear resistance and corrosion resistance of the pipe. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for manufacturing the steel strip reinforced bellow comprising uniformly mixing the raw materials at a high speed, adding to the twin-screw extruder, melt-kneading, extruding, cooling, dicing and drying to obtain a bellows material, where the temperature of each section in the twin-screw extruder is 170-190 degrees C, and finally thermally fusing the steel belt with the inner tube and the outer bellows to obtain the steel belt reinforced bellows.
