A buffer layer arranged between the substrate and the semiconductor layer. The graphene pattern layer is made of polymer. USE - Light emitting device. ADVANTAGE - The device has better conductivity, transparency function and prolonged service life. The device improves optical extraction efficiency in an effective manner.
