▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - An cadmium selenide quantum dot particle has ion ligand is tetramethylammonium ion. The quantum dot particle has the wavelength position of first exciton excitation peak of UV absorption at 400-700 nm, preferably 510 nm, 520 nm, 552 nm, or 572 nm. USE - The cadmium selenide quantum dot particle is used for preparing cadmium selenide quantum dot photoelectric diode for photoelectric device (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The membrane electrode has pore-rich structure, establishes asymmetric ion and electron charge concentration gradient, achieves asymmetric charge transfer, has photoconductivity principle processing method, and expands application of high-performance semiconductor quantum dots in optoelectronic devices. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (1) preparation of the particles comprising using mixture of cadmium selenide, hexadecylamine and tri-n-octylphosphine oxide as precursor and using hot injection method; and cooling to room temperature, washing by ethanol, dissolving in chloroform, adding ion ligand, and performing ligand exchange reaction; (2) cadmium selenide quantum dot photoelectric diode comprising indium tin oxide electrode coated with cadmium selenide quantum dot particles which can capture free ion under bias voltage; (3) preparation of the diode comprising preparing carbon material electrode and indium tin oxide electrode, dissolving quantum dot particles in methanol, coating methanol solution on surface of the carbon material electrode and indium tin oxide electrode, bonding the two electrodes; and (4) photoelectric device comprising cadmium selenide quantum dot particle or cadmium selenide quantum dot photoelectric diode.
