NOVELTY - Preparing anti-corrosion master batch particle material comprises 70-90 pts. wt. polyamide particles, 30-40 pts. wt. polytetrafluoroethylene particles, 15-18 pts. wt. paraldehyde, 10-12 pts. wt. graphene oxide powder, 8-10 pts. wt. calcium sulfate, 25-30 pts. wt. activated carbon, 8-10 pts. wt. calcium hydroxide, 10-15 pts. wt. antioxidant, 20-25 pts. wt. lignin, 15-25 pts. wt. preservative, 10-15 pts. wt. carbon fiber and water, is claimed. USE - The method is useful for preparing anti-corrosion master batch particle material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The material prevents bacteria and microorganisms to propagate on the material surface, reduce the corrosion of the organism and material damage and prolong the service life of the material and is economical. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing anti-corrosion master batch particle material comprising (a) taking the polyamide particles, polytetrafluoroethylene particles, paraldehyde, graphene oxide powder, polyvinyl alcohol, activated carbon and calcium hydroxide, adding absolute ethanol, stirring, carrying out ultrasonic oscillation to obtain paste master batch, (b) under the room temperature, taking lignin, calcium sulfate and water, blending in a certain rotating speed wet ball milling on a ball mill to obtain slurry of lignin calcium sulfate dispersed, obtained slurry to dehydrate to obtain lignin-containing water-dispersing calcium sulfate filler, and (c) adding lignin moisture-containing master particle in step (a) raw in slowly adding corresponding preservative and carbon fiber, adding obtained dispersing calcium sulfate, suction filler, simultaneously heating to 70-80 degrees C, refluxing for 1-1.5 hours, filtering, using anhydrous ethanol for washing, surface sprinkling with antioxidant and uniformly mixing.
