▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A coating agent comprises a powder comprising tungsten oxide, silica, tin oxide, molybdenum, selenium, and platinum, and having an average particle diameter of 5 nm or less, a graphene powder having an average thickness of 5 nm or less, and a solvent. USE - Coating agent is used for forming thin film on base material (claimed). Uses include but are not limited to wooden building, hospital, rail vehicle, bus, station, city office, and airport. ADVANTAGE - The coating agent imparts excellent flame retardance to the base material without changing the feel or damaging the base material, and produces thin film having excellent electroconductivity, antimicrobial property, deodorizing property, visible light photocatalytic property, antistatic property, abrasion resistance, super hydrophilicity, algal resistance, and anti-moss property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) thin film, which comprises the powder and graphene; (2) base material with the thin film; and (3) manufacture of the thin film, which involves applying the coating agent and drying.
