▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A graphene thermochromatic masterbatch comprises 5-10 pts. wt. graphene, 0.5-1 pt. wt. ethylene-propylene-diene rubber, 0.2-0.8 pt. wt. diallyl phthalate, 0.3-0.6 pt. wt. pigment, 2-5 pts. wt. ethylene-octylene copolymer, 0.1-0.3 pt. wt. UV absorber, 0.6-1 pt. wt. hexamethyldisiloxane, 0.1-0.3 pt. wt. accelerating agent, 1-3 pts. wt. propylene/ alpha -olefin copolymer, 0.2-0.5 pt. wt. plasticizer, 2-4 pts. wt. styrene and 0.3-0.7 pt. wt. butyl acrylate. USE - Graphene thermochromatic masterbatch is used for textile polyester fibers. ADVANTAGE - The graphene thermochromatic masterbatch improves integrity of temperature-sensitive discoloration material. The polyester fibers using the masterbatch can also be guaranteed to spin out of its own temperature-sensing discoloration function. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the masterbatch, which involves uniformly mixing ethylene-propylene-diene rubber, diallyl phthalate, ethylene-octylene copolymer and propylene/ alpha -olefin copolymer in a mixer, obtaining a mixed material, adding the mixed material to a reactor, adding hexamethyldisiloxane and the plasticizer, heating to 100-110 degrees C in inert gas atmosphere, heat-preserving for 10-20 minutes, obtaining a reactant, uniformly mixing the reactant, styrene, butyl acrylate, graphene, pigment, UV absorber and accelerating agent, extruding, and granulating.
