▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparation of nano-sized graphene quantum dot powder by chemical co-precipitation method involves adopting wet grinding method to grind natural crystalline flake graphite, oxidizing to form graphite nanoparticles, subjecting graphite nanoparticles to first intercalation to form nano-graphite oxide, subjecting nano-graphite oxide to intercalation in a sealed crucible cover, and subjecting graphene quantum dot powder formed to heat treatment in air. USE - For the preparation of nano-sized graphene quantum dot powder (claimed) for forming semiconductor nano-structure used for developing computer, a light emitting diode, a solar battery, a laser and a medical imaging device; in solar photovoltaic cell, and in detection, catalysis and biological imaging methods. ADVANTAGE - The method provides low cost method capable of mass production; provides quantum dots in high yield; has short production period; and has simple operation. The dots formed exhibit chemical inertness, low toxicity, good biocompatibility, has unique and excellent characteristics such as a high specific surface area, good conductivity and so on. These excellent properties make graphene quantum dot to be used in many fields, such as solar photovoltaic cell, detection, catalysis and biological imaging and so on.
