NOVELTY - Preparing graphene metal matrix composite material, comprises carrying out surface metallization of graphene by molecular-level engineering treatment, and configuring a certain proportion of an organic solvent to mix the metallized graphene and metal nanoparticles into a paste for sintering. The metallized graphene is the same metal as metal nanoparticles. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene metal matrix composite material. ADVANTAGE - The method provides graphene metal-based composite material with high thermal conductivity under the low sintering pressure and mechanical pressure. The graphene surface metallized particles become the heat transfer bridge of graphene and metal, and thus, heat transfer efficiency of the composite material is greatly enhanced. The method uses graphene after metallization changes the wettability of the graphene to the metal, and solves the problem of bad bonding force of graphene.
