NOVELTY - High-strength die-casting aluminum alloy comprises 2-3.2 wt.% magnesium, 0.5-1.wt.% copper, 1.2-2.3 wt.% silicon, 0.2-0.5 wt.% zinc, 0.3-0.7 wt.% iron, 0.1-0.3 wt.% manganese, 0.2-0.4 wt.% chromium, 0.08-0.12 wt.% vanadium, 0.1-0.2 wt.% molybdenum, 0.2-0.3 wt.% niobium, 0.07-0.15 wt.% barium, 0.1-0.13 wt.% scandium, 0.02-0.04 wt.% promethium, 0.07-0.1 wt.% terbium, 0.12-0.16 wt.% thulium, 0.05-0.09 wt.% lutetium, and aluminum (balance), where the total amount of impurity elements of other metals and non-metals shall not exceed 0.3%, USE - The aluminum alloy is useful for manufacturing an air inlet pipe (claimed) in an engine of a vehicle. ADVANTAGE - The aluminum alloy has excellent comprehensive performance, which can meet the requirement of producing air inlet pipe.
