NOVELTY - Cosmetic composition comprises core-shell particles surface-modified with a coating layer containing nanomaterials. The core of the core-shell particle is an oxide of bismuth, vanadium, hafnium, barium, tantalum, cerium and tungsten. The shell of core-shell particle is oxides, nitrides, halides or sulfides of titanium, zinc, copper and silicon. The coating layer containing the nanomaterial is composed of a nanomaterial and a coating agent, and the nanomaterial includes fullerene, graphene, nanographite, carbon nanotube or carbon nanodots. USE - The cosmetic composition (spray, lotion, or cream) is useful for blocking high energy rays and preventing fine dust. ADVANTAGE - The cosmetic composition: prevents skin cancers possibilities; and is suitable for astronauts, pilots, flight attendants and people who work in medical institutions and laboratories that handle radioactive materials.
