NOVELTY - Preparing flame retardant material involves adding polyvinyl chloride resin, stabilizer, PA-757K, nano-zinc stannate, ultraviolet absorber, chlorinated polyethylene (CPE), flame retardant, graphene, kaolin, antioxidant anti-UV, and lubricant into the mixing device in turn, high-speed mixing until 15-30 minutes or when the material temperature reaches 14degrees Celsius, discharging the powder into the cooling device and adding to the extrusion feeder when it is cooled to 70-100degrees Celsius. The extrusion feeder transports the material to the twin-screw granulation unit, after passing through the twin-screw granulation unit, heated and air-cooled and cut to obtain product. USE - Method for preparing flame retardant material used for charging pile cable protective sleeve and to aerial lead, automobile wire, high temperature instrument cable and petroleum drilling platform cable.
