USE - The method is useful for preparing epoxy graphene-zinc powder coating (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables economical preparation of epoxy graphene-zinc powder coating with excellent anticorrosive performance, low toxicity and long service life in an environmentally-friendly manner. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The preparation method of epoxy graphene-zinc powder coating involves uniformly mixing epoxy resin, solvent and dispersant and stirring to obtain mixture, adding pigment to the mixture, then adding defoaming agent, stirring and grinding to obtain abrasive slurry with fineness of less than 35 mu m, placing obtained abrasive slurry in a stirrer, then adding zinc powder under agitating state, then adding filler and leveling agent and stirring to obtain slurry, adding graphene oxide dispersion liquid, rheology additive and solvent to the slurry and stirring to obtain main agent, mixing curing agent and curing accelerator with main agent and stirring.
