NOVELTY - Graphene heating aviation cloth comprises 100-200 pts. wt. nano-layer coated Nomex(RTM: Flame resistant material) fiber, 100- 200 pts. wt. nano-layer coated Teflon(RTM: Polytetrafluoroethylene) fiber, 100-200 pts. wt. of nano-layer coated polyimide fiber and 20-40 pts. wt. of graphene heat conduction film with high thermal conductivity, high strength and high flexibility, where the nano layer-coated Nomexfiber includes nano-silicon dioxide layer, nano-silver layer or nano-aluminum layer. The nano layer coated with Teflonfiber comprises nano-titanium dioxide layer, nano-gold layer, nano-copper layer. The nano-layer coated with polyimide fibers include nano-zincoxide layer, nano-plainum layer or the nano-bismuth layer. USE - Graphene heating aviation cloth. ADVANTAGE - The graphene heating aviation cloth has good heat resistance, high strength, high-flexibility, good chemical stability, better corrosion resistance than other synthetic fibers and also has good spinnability, high and low temperature resistance flame retardancy and good heat preservation property. The fiber is coated with a nano-layer so that the strength of the fiber is increased, and the strength is enhanced while ensuring the flexibility, so that the wear resistance of the fabric is improved and its service life is prolonged. The oligomer layer graphene is used for good thermal conductivity and the temperature is easy to control.
