NOVELTY - Preparing two-dimensional material nano-sheet using DEET (N,N-diethyl-meta-toluamide) stripping comprises adding the two-dimensional material into DEET or its mixed solvent, performing ultrasonic treatment, and removing the unstripped two-dimensional material by low-speed centrifugation in the obtained dispersion, taking the supernatant for high-speed centrifugation, washing and drying. USE - The two-dimensional material nano-sheet is used as inorganic filler for preparing heat-conducting electric insulating polymer or conductive material in aerospace, 5G base station, small electronic device technology field, photoelectric device technical field and thermoelectric device (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is environmentally friendly, simple, economical, and does not require complex and expensive device, which is favorable for large-scale production. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for two-dimensional material nano-sheet prepared by the above-mentioned method, where the two-dimensional material nano-sheet comprises boron nitride nano-sheet, graphene nano-sheet or MoS2 nano-sheet.
