▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Composite comprising graphene oxide or reduced graphene oxide coated metal oxide nanoparticles; and polymer. USE - The composite is useful to produce energy storage element and separator for display device and sensor (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composite has ductility, mechanical strength, dispersibility and miscibility. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for producing composite comprising (a) dispersing graphene oxide in distilled water, and performing ultrasonic treatment to obtain aqueous graphene oxide solution, (b) adding metal oxide precursor into the aqueous solution and organic solvent mixture, and performing ultrasonic treatment to obtain mixed solution, (c) adding a basic catalyst dropwise into the mixed solution, and reacting the mixture at room temperature for 6-24 hours, (d) centrifuging the reacted solution, washing with ethanol several times, and drying to obtain graphene oxide coated metal oxide nanoparticles, (e) adding polymer and organic solvent into the graphene oxide coated metal oxide nanoparticles, and performing ultrasonic treatment to obtain casting solution, and (f) casting the casting solution on a substrate, and drying the substrate to form a film.
