USE - Aqueous self-cleaning graphene modified nano heat insulation reflection coating used for factory, warehouse, chemical tank and concrete roof heat insulation protection. ADVANTAGE - The coating has low surface tension, strong aging resistance, high crosslinking density, excellent solar reflectivity and infrared emission rate and good heat insulation efficiency, heat durability, hydrophobicity and corrosion resistance, and improves coating film stain resistance, scrub resistance, self-cleaning and outdoor color retention. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An aqueous self-cleaning graphene modified nano heat insulation reflection coating comprises 10.0-18.0 pts. wt. fluorine-modified graphene aqueous alkyd resin emulsion, 10.0-20.0 pts. wt. pure acrylic or silicone-acrylate emulsion, 0.1-0.5 pt. wt. wetting agent, 0.5-2.5 pts. wt. dispersant, 0.1-0.6 pt. wt. defoaming agent, 0.1-0.5 pt. wt. pH regulator, 15.0-25.0 pts. wt. filler, 0.1-0.5 pt. wt. delusterant, 0.1-0.3 pt. wt. bactericide, 0.1-1.0 pt. wt. thickener, 1.0-5.0 pts. wt. antifreezing agent, 10.0-20.0 pts. wt. powder, 10.0-20.0 pts. wt. titanium pigment, 1.0-5.0 pts. wt. nanosilicon dioxide, 1.0-5.0 pts. wt. auxiliary agent, 3.0-8.0 pts. wt. covering polymer and 10.0-35.0 pts. wt. deionized water. The fluorine-modified graphene aqueous alkyd resin comprises 4.0-10.0 pts. wt. vegetable oil fatty acid, 2.0-5.0 pts. wt. organic acid anhydride, 3.0-6.0 pts. wt. polybasic acid, 2.0-8.0 pts. wt. polyol, 1.5-5.0 pts. wt. dimethylbenzene, 1.0-4.0 pts. wt. benzoic acid, 1.0-2.5 pts. wt. dimethylolpropionic acid, 2.0-5.0 pts. wt. acetone, 2.0-5.0 pts. wt. fluorine alkene monomer, 1.5-5.0 pts. wt. graphene, 4.0-10.0 pts. wt. polyisocyanate, 2.0-6.0 pts. wt. acrylic monomer, 1.5-4.0 pts. wt. neutralizing agent, 0.02-0.08 pt. wt. dibutyl tin laurate, 0.04-0.1 pt. wt. azobisisobutyronitrile and 40.0-60.0 pts. wt. deionized water. The graphene is graphene oxide containing hydroxyl prepared by Hummers method, Staudenmaier method, electrochemical method or Brodie method.
