▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Method for dispersing graphene in PVC without adding dispersant, involves (i) mixing PVC resin, graphite powder and wetting agent, ball milling and drying to obtain a graphene/PVC mixed powder, where the ball milling beads for ball milling are small ball milling beads, medium ball milling beads and large ball milling beads, the particle diameter of the small ball milling beads is 1-4 mm, the particle diameter of the medium ball milling beads is 4.1-9 mm, and the particle diameter of the large ball milling beads is 9.1-15 mm, the mass ratio of the small milling beads to the medium milling beads is (1-10):(5-20), and the mass ratio of the small milling beads and the large milling beads is (1-10):(15-40), and (ii) mixing the graphene/PVC mixed powder and a plasticizer, and plasticizing to obtain a graphene/PVC composite material. USE - The method is used for dispersing graphene in PVC resin as two-dimensional sheet material and high molecular material application. ADVANTAGE - The method does not need to add dispersant, realizes uniform graphene in the PVC resin, avoids influence of the adding of the dispersant to the PVC performance, overcomes the agglomeration problem of the graphene, realizes the graphene-layer dispersion in PVC matrix, and improves thermal stability and flame retardance of the graphene/PVC composite material.
