NOVELTY - Preparing coal chemical industry solid waste coarse slag surface blocking coating comprises e.g. adding waste powder, alkaline protease, and sodium hydroxide solution into in water, stirring and heating to obtain waste dander collagen colloid solution, adding N-methylol acrylamide, hydroxyethyl acrylate, vinyl-4,6-diamino -1,3,5-triazine, allyl-N-(2-aminoethyl) carbamate, and water into the reactor, stirring, heating, adding the initiator solution to the mixed monomer solution, stirring, obtaining the polymer cross-linking enhancer, mixing waste dander collagen colloid solution and polymer cross-linking enhancer, stirring with glutaraldehyde solution, adding coal chemical solid waste coarse slag, stirring cross-linking reaction occurs on the surface of the coal chemical solid waste coarse slag to form a gel, mixing coal chemical solid waste ash, stirring, coating the solidified gel on the coal chemical solid waste coarse slag, and forming a blocking coating on the surface. USE - The method is useful for preparing coal chemical solid waste slag surface blocking coating, which is used for concrete preparation. The method can be used for paving the roadbed and preparation mechanical property requirement is not high of gob filling material concrete. ADVANTAGE - The coal chemical solid waste slag surface coating has high water absorbing rate, large water consumption, poor fluidity and low strength, so that the coal chemical waste used for the defect of large scale preparation, concrete is solved. The solid waste rough slag after processing of the method is used for preparation concrete when it has collapse, good fluidity, pumping performance and high strength. The method has positive meaning for using coal-chemical waste resource and reducing carbon emission in large scale.
