NOVELTY - A graphene-zinc oxide transparent conductive thin film comprises 0.11-0.8 %mass graphene and 99.2-99.89 %mass zinc oxide. USE - Graphene-zinc oxide transparent conductive thin film is used as transparent conducting glass for thin-film solar cells. ADVANTAGE - The graphene-zinc oxide transparent conductive thin film has high light transmittance. Large-area thin films can be prepared by a simple, economical and easy method.
