NOVELTY - Processing electric cabinet body comprises (i) choosing galvanized sheet as the material for manufacturing cabinet body; (ii) cutting galvanized sheet according to the preset size, and punching and bending the cut sheet on the punching machine; (iii) welding the bent galvanized sheet; (iv) adding the electric cabinet body separately or all into the quenching liquid to soak, and quenching; (v) placing electric cabinet body separated or all in a heating furnace, heating; (vi) cooling, sending the processed part to the tempering furnace, and cooling and tempering the processed part and insulating; (vii) taking out the split or whole body of the electric cabinet body, and applying high temperature resistant coating on the surface of the cabinet body to form a coating layer to make a high temperature resistant cabinet body; (viii) applying radiating coating to the inner side wall of the cabinet body to form a radiating coating; and (ix) finishing the processing of the cabinet body. USE - The method is useful for processing electric cabinet body. ADVANTAGE - The method enhances the overall mechanical strength of the electric cabinet body, is simple to operate, clean, smokeless and odorless, and will not catch flame, can obtain good structure and performance after quenching and tempering with better hardness uniformity, red hardness, and service life of the mold, and the high temperature resistant coating and heat dissipation coating applied on the surface of the cabinet body has excellent insulation resistance and high temperature resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Processing electric cabinet body comprises (i) choosing galvanized sheet as the material for manufacturing cabinet body; (ii) cutting galvanized sheet according to the preset size, and punching and bending the cut sheet on the punching machine; (iii) welding the bent galvanized sheet to form a cabinet body; (iv) adding the electric cabinet body separately or all into the quenching liquid to soak, and quenching with 20-25 wt.% quenching liquid; (v) placing electric cabinet body separated or all in a heating furnace, heating and placing to cool; (vi) cooling to 500-550 degrees C, sending the processed part to the tempering furnace, and cooling in air to 210-240 degrees C and tempering the processed part and insulating; (vii) taking out the split or whole body of the electric cabinet body, and applying high temperature resistant coating on the surface of the cabinet body to form a coating layer to make a high temperature resistant cabinet body; (viii) applying radiating coating to the inner side wall of the cabinet body to form a radiating coating to make a cabinet body with high heat radiating efficiency; and (ix) finishing the processing of the cabinet body.
