NOVELTY - Preparing graphene high-strength Chinlon 6 fiber comprises (i) placing graphene polyamide 6 masterbatch and polyamide 6 slices into dosing machine, metering through dosing machine, mixing in a set ratio and entering screw extruder, (ii) carrying out high-temperature melting through screw extruder, and uniformly mixing under stirring of screw rod, (iii) melting and uniformly mixing melt by screw, forming high-strength Chinlon 6 primary tow by spraying through spinneret hole of component, passing through slow cooling heating area, and using monomer suction device to suck polyamide monomer during process of spraying tow, cooling tow through side blowing device and shaft, and oiling cooled tow through double-channel oiling device, and (iv) entering oiled tow into pre-network device, entering multi-channel drafting component for multi-stage stretching and high-temperature setting, drawing fiber and shaping in multiple stages, rolling into silk roll by winding device. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene high-strength Chinlon 6 fiber useful in military textile. ADVANTAGE - The fiber: has high strength, excellent properties of antibacterial, cool feeling and wear resistance compared with the existing high-strength Chinlon 6 fiber.
