▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Graphene-doped aqueous anticorrosive coating comprises 20-30 pts. wt. lignin-modified graphene, 5-7 pts. wt. glycidyl methacrylate, 130-200 pts. wt. epoxy resin E51, 4-7 pts. wt. sorbitol, 1-2 pts. wt. triethanolamine borate and 0.1-0.2 pts. wt. triethylamine. USE - Used as graphene-doped aqueous anticorrosive coating. ADVANTAGE - The graphene-doped aqueous anticorrosive coating improves the mechanical stability and has good conductivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing graphene-doped aqueous anticorrosive coating, comprising: (i) adding triethanolamine borate into 20-30 times weight of deionized water and uniformly stirring; (ii) mixing glycidyl methacrylate and epoxy resin E51, uniformly stirring, adding into the deionized water 25-30 times the weight of the mixture, performing ultrasonic treatment for 1-2 hours to obtain an epoxy dispersion; (iii) adding triethylamine into 2-5 times weight of dimethylformamide, uniformly stirring to obtain an amide dispersion; and (iv) adding lignin-modified grapheme into epoxy dispersion, uniformly stirring, heating at 160-190 degrees C, adding amide dispersion, stirring for 3-7 hours with heat preservation, adding the aqueous solution of triethanolamine borate, performing rotary evaporation to remove dimethylformamide and stirring for 1-2 hours at 1000-1600 rotations/minute.
