DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of nitrogen-doped graphene involves dispersing oxidized graphene solid in water, obtaining 0.1-2 g/L graphene oxide solution, adding 25-28 %mass aqueous ammonia solution, adjusting the pH value of the resultant solution to alkaline, adding hydrazine hydrate solution, stirring uniformly, obtaining mixed solution, reacting the obtained mixed solution at 95 degrees C for 1 hour, cooling the resultant reaction mixture under room temperature, adding 50 %mass aqueous melamine solution, dispersing, evaporating, drying in an oven, obtaining melamine-reduced oxidized graphene composite solution, transferring the obtained solution into a tubular furnace, heating under argon gas protective atmosphere, washing by water or 50 %mass ethanol solution, and drying. The volume ratio of the hydrazine hydrate solution and graphene oxide solution is 1:20-1:150. The volume ratio of the aqueous melamine and graphene oxide solution is 1:25-1:100.
