▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene/fluoroether rubber modified with fluorine ion liquid involves mixing fluorine-containing ionic liquid, graphite oxide and catalyst in organic solvent, ultrasonicating, reacting at low temperature, reducing to obtain fluorine ion liquid grafted graphene, mixing fluoroether raw rubber, acid absorbing agent, vulcanizing agent and auxiliary vulcanizing agent, and performing hot press vulcanization at 5-20 MPa and 150-250 degrees C for 5-30 minutes and two-stage vulcanization at 210-260 degrees C for 5-24 hours. USE - Preparation of modified graphene/fluoroether rubber (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The modified graphene/fluoroether rubber having excellent mechanical characteristics, heat resistance and wear resistance is produced by simple method. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of graphene/fluoroether rubber modified with fluorine ion liquid involves mixing fluorine-containing ionic liquid, graphite oxide and catalyst in organic solvent such that mass ratio of fluorine ion liquid and graphite oxide is 1:0.2-5, ultrasonicating in water bath to uniformly disperse graphite oxide, reacting at low temperature in nitrogen atmosphere to obtain fluorine-containing ionic liquid grafted graphite oxide, reducing to obtain fluorine ion liquid grafted graphene, mixing fluoroether raw rubber, acid absorbing agent, vulcanizing agent and auxiliary vulcanizing agent, and performing hot press vulcanization at 5-20 MPa and 150-250 degrees C for 5-30 minutes and two-stage vulcanization at 210-260 degrees C for 5-24 hours.
