NOVELTY - A medicine comprises 1-100 nm carbon nanoparticles, and micro-nano carbon particles having a particle diameter of 100 nm to 10 μm. The micro-nano carbon particles are formed by agglomeration of carbon nanoparticles. USE - The medicine is useful for preventing and treating diseases related to oxidative stress response comprising tissue inflammation, heart and cerebrovascular aging, and blockage and related diseases caused by chronic inflammatory response; diabetes, fatty liver, heart, lung, kidney, pancreas inflammation or inflammation of other organs in the body; aging of blood vessels, bones, joints, skin and other organs and bodies caused by inflammation caused by oxidative stress, and diseases caused by aging, where the diseases related to oxidative stress response is diseases caused by oxidative stress of skin or mucous membranes (all claimed); Alzheimer's disease; and aging of animals and plants. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: a health care product for delaying human organ aging comprising active ingredients which include 1-100 nm carbon nanoparticles, and micro-nano carbon particles having a particle diameter of 100 nm to 10 μm, where the micro-nano carbon particles are formed by agglomeration of carbon nanoparticles; and an application of micro-nano carbon particles in inhibiting oxidation stress response, where the micro-nano carbon particles have a particle size of 100 nm to 10 μm, and are formed by agglomeration of carbon nanoparticles having a particle size of < 100 nm.
