NOVELTY - Desalting a salt water comprises using a graphene resin composite material as electrode with resin precursor containing resorcinol, formaldehyde and sodium carbonate by thermal polymerization; and calcining with high temperature to obtain the product. USE - Method for desalting a salt water (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method provides low energy consumption, highest voltage of 2 V, and does not generate secondary pollution.
